Return & Refund

You are our priority, so we keep our Return Policy very simple! 

If you are unhappy with your order because of any reasonable quality issue (damage), we prioritize making things right. We'll elevate your replacement to the head of the order line and reproduce and reship it to you at no additional cost.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. You can send us an email at support@versachics.com or use our chat feature to inform us of your decision. However, please be aware that return charges will not be covered unless there is a valid reason for the return. 

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@versachics.com with pictures of the damaged items. we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We are unable to offer you a refund if you:

  • Entered the incorrect address/insufficient address. 
  • Have a dead package/mail because you did not pick up your package from your post office/parcel locker etc. 
  • Did not receive your kit when you expected it (e.g., for a gift) because we have no control over the shipping times. Custom clearings and delayed logistics play a huge part in overall shipping time.
  • If the product is damaged or has quality issues, we require proof of the quality issue (Please send us an email with photos confirming poor performance, Quality or damaged item).

Please note that the photo proof is used for documentation, quality management purposes, and quality assurance reasons to continue improving our products.

Once the Return case is accepted and confirmed, you will receive a Return address by email - you need handle the package to the nearest post office.

In case of a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days to receive the fund in your bank account.
